Tuition & Enrollment

Tuition for our Full Calendar Year: $17,200 or $8,600 per Fall or Spring semester.


Tuition for our Summer Program: $2,550 for six weeks of training and instruction plus $100 application fee.


Application fee for the full calendar year: $200.


Discounts: We offer a 5% Discount for Full Calendar Year Tuitions paid in advance.

*Tuition is pro-rated for students who are admitted after the completion of the first 6 weeks of school.

ur tuition cost includes a comprehensive suite of services such as Individualized Instruction, Community-Based Instruction, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and therapeutic Music and Art Classes to name a few of the services that we provide. Our application fee for the full calendar year is $200. We believe that our unique environment, individualized one-on-one instruction, and the lowest student/teacher ratio in the DFW Metroplex creates a special value for our students and their families.

Our Enrollment Process:

Call the school office at (972) 599-1400 to express your interest in our program. You will be asked to briefly describe your child’s specific learning difference(s), current school placement, if applicable, and reason for interest in our program, etc. (Behavior related problems that your child may be experiencing will be evaluated on a case by case basis and will not automatically exclude your child from acceptance into our program.)

Set up an appointment for an interview and tour of our program with Brenda Batts, Owner, and Executive Director of the school and request our Parent’s Questionnaire. (We would like to understand your goals for your child.) You will be asked to bring your child and completed questionnaire, along with copies of any psychological, educational, and/or neurological testing if applicable, that has been completed on your child within the past three years.

If, after your interview and tour, you desire to proceed with the admissions process, you will be requested to complete an application for admission in its entirety.

(Be sure to follow up on all faxed correspondence by phone to ensure that they have been received.)

Application must also include:

  • A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
  • Psychological, Educational, Neurological test results, completed within 3 years of application. Test results, at a minimum, should include:
  • Diagnostics Achievement Test, if applicable
  • Language Testing, if applicable
  • School Records-Copies of report cards for prior year, including conduct, grades, if applicable
  • ARD or IEP, if applicable
  • Documentation of prior services
  • Completed Parent Questionnaire
  • Health Records
  • Promissory Note

Next Steps: Upon receipt of all of the above information, the application packet will be considered completed. Completed application packets will be presented to the Executive Director for review. Additional interviews with parents and prospective students may be scheduled.

Acceptance: Official acceptance (or non-acceptance) will be communicated to families promptly. If accepted for admission, a $1,500.00 down payment will be required to secure your child’s enrollment. Promissory Note must be completed and submitted prior to the child attending our program. (Only a singed Promissory note that is accompanied by a down payment will guarantee placement for accepted students.

Individualized In-home/in-community parent training and consultations are available on a case-by-case basis. Our popular workshops and conferences are available upon request.

Please note that since we accept down payments to guarantee placement, down payments are non-refundable.
